It helps to include your macOS version, your Mac model, and the Super Proof version (Super Proof › About Super Proof). If a manuscript or recording won't import, say what kind of file it is.

Requirements

Super Proof requires macOS 26 or later. The optional enhanced recognition model requires a Mac with Apple silicon.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To change or cancel, open your App Store subscriptions, or in Super Proof choose Settings › Manage Subscription. If you reinstall or use another Mac, choose Settings › Restore Purchases.

If your subscription ends, your work stays yours. Existing projects, playback, findings, review history, reports, and DAW exports remain available. Processing new recordings and editing require an active subscription.

For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem page.

Privacy

Your manuscripts and recordings are processed on your Mac and are never uploaded. Read the privacy policy.
